Peacocks

Testing Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality

Using the above technology, Peacock Class described the experience as: 'fun, scary, picturesque, futuristic, astonishing, speechless, epic, unreal and a fine experience.'

Children believed it could benefit their learning because:

  • it helps with imagery,
  • it gives us 'real' ideas,
  • improves our imagination,
  • gives experience of famous landmarks,
  • helps with geographical knowledge.

One of the boy's final comments was: 'This feels like a dream, so good.'
