Harvest 2023

Our service at St Peter’s told the story of The Enormous Turnip through drama and singing, followed by harvest poems written by the children. Thank you Mrs Simpson for talking to us about Harvest and exploring how soup is created.

Rev’d Taylor

Thank you and good bye to Rev’d Taylor. We are very sad to see you go but we look forward to visiting you at your church in London!

We enjoyed finding out about Operation Agri

Operation Agri, a development charity, helps some of the world’s most disadvantaged people improve their lives. A variety of overseas projects is supported – agriculture, water, women’s empowerment, skills training, and basic health clinics. The love of Jesus is shown in action, supporting needy communities to attack the basic causes of poverty, regardless of their religious, ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

We listened to some wonderful, uplifting stories and in our Circles groups we are planning how we can support this amazing charity.

Easter Hymns

We enjoyed singing our Easter hymns to the residents of Broadacre care home. One resident said that our singing was beautiful and another said that it was wonderful t9 hear children singing Easter songs and reminding them of The Easter Story.
